Thank you for joining Revitation and investing in your journey to wellness. Let us guide you on how to make the most of this transformative experience.


Navigating the App

  • Audio Library: All our carefully crafted audio programs are found here. The Body Revitalization folder organizes both physical and emotional programs into subfolders based on the organ or body part they focus on.


  • Personalized Plan Folder: Once you complete the self-discovery assessments, your personalized program plan will be generated and available here.


  • My Wellbeing Tab: Access self-discovery assessments and detailed information about the biologically significant emotional domains. Each assessment is segmented by body part, allowing you to complete them at your own pace.


  • Extras Folder: Explore additional audio programs and specially selected music for body revitalization and emotional cleansing.


Self-Discovery Assessments

  • Complete self-discoveries to gain a comprehensive understanding of your emotional and biological alignment. The assessments are partitioned into manageable sections, so you don’t need to finish them all at once.
  • Over time, completing all assessments provides a full picture and ensures your personalized plan is truly tailored to your needs.


Recommended Listening Practices

  • When to Listen: Mornings are the most ideal. This is when your pineal gland is most active and your body is primed for creating new neural pathways. Start your day with a program from your personalized plan or one of your choice.


  • Frequency of Listening: For lasting change, listen to the same program daily. Depending on your level of misalignment, you might repeat a program after six hours, but for optimal results, limit to once every 24 hours and spread sessions over time.


After Completing Your Personalized Plan

Once you’ve completed your entire plan, redo the self-discovery to track your progress and identify areas needing further attention.


Tips for Maximizing Results

  • Headphone Recommendations: Use headphones for the best experience. While most headphones will work, wired models often yield better results as they preserve the lower frequencies vital for vagal toning. Headphones supporting frequencies down to 5Hz are ideal.


  • State Training: Enhance your emotional self-sufficiency by setting three daily alarms. When they ring, pause and generate feelings of gratitude, joy, love, or peace. Then focus on the emotional domain you’ve worked on that morning. This reinforces positive states in your brain and body.


  • Power Hour: Dedicate an hour in the evening for advanced meditation. Sit in a calm space, focus on the energy center in your brain, and activate your pineal gland. You might experience light patterns, vibrations, or other sensations as you reach higher states of consciousness. Once fully relaxed, engage with a Revitation program for amplified effects.
